Standard Turnaround

Our standard terms for turn around of jobs is 5 working days from approval. We do however endevour to turn around jobs within 2-3 days on average. If for any reason we are not able to fulfil your deadline request you will be notified in good time.

Artwork approval delays can effect job turnaround quite dramatically so whenever possible please return your proof by return.

24hr Delivery

Our Standard delivery service is NEXT WORKING DAY, although this is only guaranteed if it is a business address,  personal/home addresses may take up to 3 days, the charge for this postage and packing is a standard charge of £9.95. The choice of courier is mainly due to the weight issue. Paper is quite a heavy item to ship and we find this the most cost effective and reliable service under the circumstances. There is no specified time for delivery it will be between 9am and 5pm.

24hr Next Day Delivery before 10am or 12am

For those jobs that are needed for a certain time next day a pre 10am or pre 12am delivery service can be arranged.
Pre 10am £19.95 or 12am £14.95.

Finished printed jobs have to be printed and packed at the factory for 12 noon in order for us to arrange collection for next day delivery. Any later than this and unfortunately the courier service will be missed and your package will be sent on the next working days collection. So if you need this service, contact us and give us good notice as not to miss your deadline.
